Great work is done here. Typically I do most things myself. Just space and time is a current issue for me to work on a car. Also some tools for a VW, dont have. At the end of the day was just easier to take into a shop for this timing belt. Few months later. Some road trips. All is well running how it should. No codes thrown. I used to be a big car enthusiast JDM Tuners specifically. After a tuner put a crappy tune on my Scooby and the Green Speed update Ive had around 50 grand in parts and 3 years time I put into a car down the drain. So Ive had some disappointment with mechanics and tuners, in the past. Even had mechanics not change 2 spark plugs because the ecu on an f150 was covering them. None of that kind of shenanigans happened here at Lakeside. If you have an import they specialize in and repairs they specialize in. Id highly recomend this crew. This is coming from someone who got into cars because of sketchy mechanics. The engine bay is so cramped the VW TDI. Not fun to work on. Nothing was half-assed. Appreciate it. Even got a sticker for when the belt was changed. Appreciate yall. Able to visit my grandpa with cancer and not worry about a timing belt breaking midtrip.

Dave and team are great- professional and honest. I am trying to save an old Audi and they have helped me address a few things. Dave and his team did an outstanding job of reviewing, recommending and repairing my 2006 997 C2S. They made some recommendations regarding updates to the coolant system as well as repairing tire pressure sensors. The service is fantastic and they take their time to answer my many questions.
